When Antoine Bonfils is traveling through the countryside of France, he comes upon a village of babas. Babas are men and women who have turned their backs on the contemporary, capitalist world in order to live a life that is unrestricted and as close to nature as possible. Following a fight with his girlfriend, he makes the decision to leave Paris and start a new life with the babas. Although his life in Paris was pleasant, he felt that it was lacking something.
